Contoured insoles that add a shaped arch and a cupped heel to the shoes you already wear. Pick your size range, then trim the front to match your shoe, using the original insole as a template.
Trim a little at a time and try them on before cutting more: a cut that is too short can't be undone. Keep enough room in the shoe so your foot is not squeezed.
