How to choose
Lumbar support pillows for an office chair
The ErgoBack™ Lumbar Support Cushion fills the hollow many chairs leave at the lower back. Its curved memory foam profile is held at the right height by two adjustable straps, and the cover comes off for washing.
The PostureFrame™ Seat & Back Cushion Set adds a back cushion with an oval opening and an adjustable strap, made for office chairs with a flat or set-back backrest.
For the car
ErgoBack is made for car seats as well as office chairs. In the car, install it while parked, then readjust your seat, mirrors and seat belt.
The EaseDrive™ Honeycomb Car Seat Cushion & Backrest Set adds a backrest about 28.7 in long and up to 16.3 in wide, with a honeycomb surface. It hooks over the top of the seat back and fastens with two lower straps, alongside a separate seat pad.
For bed and rest
The NightArc™ Contoured Lumbar Pillow is a separate lower-back pillow for the mattress. Place it under your lower back when you lie down to rest, then shift it until the height and position feel right. Its curved profile has a center dip and raised sides; start with a short rest, and remove it if the height or position bothers you.
One piece or two-piece set
- One piece: ErgoWrap™ Integrated Seat & Back Cushion connects a contoured seat and a raised back section, with only one cushion to keep in place. The Complete Chair-Fit System pairs that same ErgoWrap cushion with a black mesh footrest.
- Two-piece sets: PostureFrame pairs a seat cushion with a back cushion. Each piece works on its own or can be positioned independently. EaseDrive does the same for a car seat.
- Back only: ErgoBack for chairs and car seats, NightArc for bed.
A two-piece set adds thickness at the seat and at the back, so check your seat's usable width and depth, the space between the armrests and the room in front of the backrest. Fit is not universal.

Frequently asked questions
Which lumbar pillows have straps?
ErgoBack has two adjustable straps and PostureFrame's back cushion has one. EaseDrive's backrest uses a top hook and two lower straps.
Can I wash the covers?
ErgoBack and PostureFrame covers come off and wash on a delicate cycle at 86°F (30°C). For NightArc and ErgoWrap, follow the care label supplied with the product.
Does the footrest need assembly?
No. The Chair-Fit System footrest has a fixed height and needs no assembly.
