At Cusheal, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@cusheal.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different product or size. To request an exchange, contact us at info@cusheal.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Then contact us at info@cusheal.com.
