Return & Refund Policy

This page summarizes the standard CUSHEAL return process. It does not create a medical-result, comfort-result, or fit guarantee.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return for an eligible unused item within 30 days after delivery. The item must be in the condition received. Original packaging is preferred but is not required when the item otherwise remains eligible.

How to request a return

1. Email contact@cusheal.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request.
2. Wait for return instructions and the authorized return address before shipping anything.
3. Use a trackable shipping method when a physical return is required.

Return shipping and original shipping charges

The customer is responsible for return shipping for a standard eligible return. CUSHEAL covers reasonable return shipping when the item is confirmed as incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original or expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from a CUSHEAL error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, CUSHEAL initiates the approved refund to the original payment method. Processing time after initiation is controlled by the payment provider. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us promptly with the order number and relevant details. When reasonably available, include photos of visible damage or the item received. An approved CUSHEAL error is resolved without charging the customer return shipping.

Non-returnable items

Used items, items removed from sealed hygiene packaging, deliberately damaged items, gift cards, and items purchased from another seller are not eligible under this standard return policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

CUSHEAL does not offer direct exchanges under this standard process. Return an eligible item, then place a separate order for the replacement product if it is available.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
