Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (Canada, UK, Australia), customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cusheal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
