How to choose
Coccyx cushions: rear cutout or central opening
A rear cutout is open at the back edge of the cushion. A central opening sits inside the seat surface. Both are placed under the tailbone area.
- SciatiGuard™ U-Cut Seat Cushion: memory foam, cut out in a U at the back so your tailbone area stays free, with a non-slip underside.
- ErgoPro™ Contoured Seat Cushion: scooped center, raised side edges and a rear cutout, made for people who tend to slide forward.
- ErgoDrive™ Inclined Car Seat Cushion: a sloped memory foam wedge, higher at the back, with a cutout at the back.
- ReliefCore™ Seat Cushion with Built-In Back Support: a central opening, designed to take pressure off your tailbone area, plus raised side contours and a rear lip for your lower back.
Which way the opening faces
Place SciatiGuard with the cutout toward the backrest. ReliefCore goes against the backrest, so its rear lip meets your lower back.
Desk or car
At a desk. ErgoPro measures about 16.1 × 15.0 in and suits narrower chairs. It adds about 4.3 in of height, so lower your chair to keep your feet flat. ReliefCore fits office chairs, dining chairs and armchairs, and is one piece, so seat and back stay together instead of sliding apart.
In the car. ErgoDrive is made for drivers whose seat feels too deep at the back; check your headroom, since the back adds about 3.1 in. SciatiGuard adds about 2 in and is made for car seats and office chairs.

Frequently asked questions
How thick are these cushions?
SciatiGuard is about 2.0 in thick. ErgoDrive runs from about 0.6 in at the front to 3.1 in at the back, and ErgoPro adds about 4.3 in.
How do I clean them?
ReliefCore's cover comes off and washes on a delicate cycle at 86°F (30°C); clean the foam on the surface only. ErgoDrive's mesh cover unzips for washing, while the foam is not washable. Wipe SciatiGuard's cover with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Do I need a separate lumbar pillow?
Not with ReliefCore, which combines the seat and a rear lip for your lower back in one cushion. The others are seat cushions only.
