Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below that threshold ship for a flat rate shown at checkout.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at info@cusheal.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

What materials are your cushions made of?
Most Cusheal products use high-density memory foam with breathable, removable covers. Some models include cooling gel layers for added comfort.

Will the cushion fit my chair?
Our seat cushions are designed to fit standard office chairs, car seats, dining chairs, and wheelchairs. Dimensions are listed on each product page.

Are your products machine washable?
The removable covers are machine washable. The foam core should be spot-cleaned only.

Do your products help with long hours of sitting?
Our cushions are designed to take pressure off the tailbone and lower-back area and keep you comfortable through long sitting sessions. Many customers report a noticeable improvement in sitting comfort. For any medical concern, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
