Many office chairs leave a gap between the backrest and the small of your back. ErgoBack fills it: strap it to the backrest at belt level and its curved front meets your lower back.
The two straps keep it at that height when you lean back.
Car seats often leave the same hollow. Loop the straps around the seat back, set the pillow at belt level and tighten them.
