An adjustable knee brace with an open kneecap

A pull-on sleeve has the same tension everywhere. KneeFrame wraps around your knee and closes with two straps, one above and one below the kneecap, so you set each one yourself.

The kneecap stays in the opening, framed by a soft silicone ring.

Light enough for runs, walks and long days

The perforated fabric lets air through and the back of the knee stays open, so nothing bunches when your leg bends.

It is slim enough to wear under shorts or workout pants.

How to use it

Position it
Place the brace behind your knee and center the opening on your kneecap.
Close the top strap
Fasten the upper strap above the knee and adjust it until it holds without squeezing.
Close the bottom strap
Fasten the lower strap below the knee, then bend your leg a few times to check comfort.
